Hi UCS, This the the third time today I have 
contacted you regarding my need to scan a form 
and send it via email to a client.  My printer 
gives an error message not hooked up to PC or 
something like that.  I have missed my deadline 
as I needed this done before 4:30 pm today. 

I hope you can get here tomorrow morning about 
8:30 or 9:00 to help me get this done.   Thank

She called again to see if someone will be able 
to assist her today. Told her I'd let the techs 
know she called.

She gets the error message:

Not Set Up on PC

It was very difficult to get information from her 
because she cannot hear well, but she is in ED 
236 currently.

attach it to her email.

She will be available until 4:30pm today.

She cannot hear very well, so you will have to 
speak loudly into the phone.
