She called back and said that she needs this 
fixed soon.

She called back again to check on it, and needs 
to start prepping for school.  She has given 
permission for anyone to come in whenever 
necessary.  I don't know why this is on hold so I 
am making it pending, and increasing the priority 
since she has called several times.

ran the sophos getinfo utility and had it sent off
to sophos.

Left VM for times

She was browsing (google) with IE when a message 
box popped up saying: page you are opening 
probably contains dangerous content for your 
computer's critical operation. THere were words 
not spelled correctly in the message.

She shut down her machine and a week later she 
came in and when she uses IE she gets this window 
message each time she opens the browser. Right-
clicking on it doesn't give a close option. 
Quitting browser and restarting machine doesn't 
resolve it.

In her toolbar she has a flashing symbol saying 
she has a virus. I asked her if it was Sophos and 
she didn't know.

SHe may or may not be in tomorrow, please call 
ahead.

Everything else seems to be ok
