ran ccleaner and spybot deleted old profiles.
Things should run a little faster.

When he tries to send any file to the Printer 
down at the print shop, he gets an error that 
says not responding.

then the machine lags for a while where 
eventually it does not respond again.

He mentioned that when he sends any files from 
another machine to the same printer, it works 
just fine.
