She called back, to the tech area, but when I 
attempted to contact her she was not available.

Sound WAS coming out of her speakers. She just had
no sound for youtube videos.  I showed her how the
youtube GUI has its own sound controls.

Jeanne just called in and is available for a 
tech.  she has moved back over to HSS in her old 
office.

No sound is coming from Speakers.

She went to the control pannel and made sure that 
the sound was not mutted.

She says the speakers are on, but still gets no 
sound out of them.
