Hi Craig,

At the end of October I sent you an email that
said the following:

    "I am looking to troubleshoot with you on your
login problems. I know that you provided my
co-worker, Lance Jewett, with times that your
office is open, but since (according to our
records) you're having the issue with a Thin
Client with WOU# 20070629[Edit Inv] there are a few more
questions I need to ask. Your help and patience is
greatly appreciated!

       1. Do you log into a specific terminal
server or just ts.wou.edu? If you login to a
specific one, which?
       2. Do you always experience the issue or is
it intermittent?
       3. Once you have entered login information
does the grey box saying things like "Loading your
preference" ever disappear leaving you with just a
plain background/screen?
       4. When you experience this issue can you
login at all (to a different terminal server for
example)?
       5. Do you receive any error messages? If
so, please try to provide it as close to
word-for-wordas possible."

I've not received any response from you on that
issue. If I don't hear back from you by Wednesday
I will close the task and assume the issue was
resolved.

20070629[Edit Inv] is a Thin Client. This is a terminal
server issue.

WE are open at 9 pm to 5:30 am or you can have
public safety let you in during the day.either way

We have a task about your computer randomly
freezes up on startup. When are you available for
a tech to stop by and take a look are your computer?

Reopening.
Computer #: 20070629[Edit Inv]
They can login to the computer but it is frozen 
or won't respond to any commands.  It has been a 
continual problem for them. 
Best way to contact is through email as their 
office is not staffed during the day.

I called today, and had exactly the same
experience as Audrey.  Ringing over and over, now
answer.  Task closed due to lack of contact.

For about 2 weeks now the computer has been 
randomly freezing at startup. Craig also believes 
that there is software that needs to be removed, 
but doesn't know what. He mentioned possible 
gaming software.
