She called back and said that someone went to 
help her, but now her sentbox is empty and she 
cannot tell if she sent emails or not.

she knows she has sent some, but cannot see them 
in the sentbox.

this morning she has the same issue.

she cannot send emails when she hits send. 
application closes.

Ran Detect and repair in outlook and it fixed the
problem. We tested it and no problems recurred. 
Will call back tomorrow and make sure problem is
resolved.

Outlook is freezing when hitting save or trying 
to send.
She often gets error message: Another application 
has closed unexpectedly.
Nothing showing in reading pane of her email.

Just started this problem today. Tried shutting 
down. First time using her machine in two weeks.
