She called because she was able to print a word 
document just fine. Then she tried to send 
another document to the printers, but it said 
that she had none networked.

she went to the printer control panel and all of 
them said unable to connect underneath them.

She had not restarted her machine when she called 
me and said she would call back after she did 
that with results.
