Darin said that he cannot access it from this wou

When he tries to load the software on the machine 
it says: cannot properly communicate with the 
scanner

This scanner still is not working on this 
specific machine when darin tries to hook it up. 
He said that he would like for this scanner to 
work on the machines in AD 101
