LAN connection was disabled, re-enabled it and 
internet worked fine, ipconfig /realease then 
renew fixed wifi problem.

She has a DELL Laptop Inspiron. Windows XP

she says that she gets to the quarantine page and 
nothing else happens.

she has hit the rescan button, but it says: 
cannot access internet explorer page cannot be 
displayed

she will be available all day today.
