He called back and said that now he cannot even 
log into his email after he puts in his password.

Toolbox has discovered an error is a popup that 
he sees, he said that its happened 2 times this 
morning and it asks him to restart his machine.

He also mentions that his Outlook email is not 
remembering his password and he would like for it 
to automatically log him in when he opens up 
Outlook.

He will be available all day today.
