He is using a MAC and says that the only printer 
available is HPE which is located downstairs in 
the main office, but when he tries to print, 
nothing happens.

the printer that he would LIKE to be able to 
print to is the one in the 2nd floor of the new 
pe building. He did not have a name for me.

He will be available at noon. He will be back in 
his office after 2pm.
