First off.. 20030853[Edit Inv] is not in active directory
20030856[Edit Inv] is which is also attached to her name.
Typo possible. Second this machine is 5 yrs old
and due for GFA soon, She is on vaca until the
26th so the easiest solution would be to just
re-image it until hers can be replaced. I talked
to Tricia about when we can GFA her machine, she
said if it absolutely will not run put this task
under her list and she will see about getting it
replaced.

I attempted to dameware into her box and it froze
on me when I kicked her locked acct off. Also we
can not re-image it until we make sure she has all
of her docs etc off the machine. nonetheless we
will most likely need to pull the machine back to
UCS so contact her assistant Linda about that.

Called Linda and voice mail says she is on
vacation till September 26th.

Word just freezes after taking forever to load.

IE does not respond, and this is happening almost 
every single time she tries to do anything. she 
mentions that its almost any software the she 
opens up, after a few minutes, her machie freezes 
and she has to restart.

she mentions that she has an older machine and 
would like to have the system updated.

Linda Her assistant will be available all week 
and she will let the tech in to her machine.

Her machine is in Todd 318
