Trisha,

Jaime Silva's staff account has been created, it
is silvaj

He needs to go to www.wou.edu/accountlookup and
using his SSN, set  a password, wait 3-5 minutes,
then login to the 20050986[Edit Inv] computer, and try
NueSoft.  I have added him to the local admin
group on that system.

Please let me know if he has any problems with it.

him admin rights on this computer.

New hire Jaime Silva no arrival notice, once the
arrival notice comes in, I can create his staff
account and grant him access.

She didn't try restarting yet. They are going to 
do that and if it resolves the problem call back 
to cancel request.

Jaime Silva, his machine in his office. SH 133. 
He is a new staff member. Trisha is the contact 
for this.

Web based software program they purchased often 
gives them problems-- usually java problem or 
perhaps it's that Jaime is not set with admin 
rights on machine. It used to be Sam Sappington's 
machine.

Error message. error has occured, system eroor. 
please contact your network support.
