New computer of his still doesn't have the 
program VectorWorks. Program not installed on 
machine before it was delivered to him wi because 
we had to wait for license clearing and he 
couldn't wait that long to get his machine. Since 
the arrival of the machine he has not heard back 
from us about getting VectorWorks installed.
