Rebecca Murphy	Sep 17, 2008 10:52 AM	we could log in to the local admin account. however we when we tried to log on my mash account it would load my personal profile but get to the 'loading computer settings' and just freeze. We could log in to my mash account in safe mode just fine. We ran sypbot in safe mode and fixed 4 problems. I after that both the user and I were able to log in in our mash accounts in regular mode. Christian Mendez	Sep 17, 2008 08:24 AM	HE is located in HS 209. He has tried to restart the machine, but still nothing, he can put in his user/pass and it says loading settings, then it just freezes on the desktop image with no icons or start menu. He is available all day today.	Add Attachment
