The printer is flashing says use tray 1 2 3 
letterhead.

It will not print until you pick one of the 
options instead of just printing out the job.

it shows that all 3 trays are letter head, but 
tray 2 is letterhead, tray 3 is supposed to be 
plain paper.

Contact Debbie, she will be available all day.
