Ran ccleaner, disabled useless startups, disabled
windows animated features, upgraded ram from 256mb
to 512mb.

He has an old 20020551[Edit Inv] machine.

If he clicks start button, it takes 5-6 seconds 
just to bring the window up. IF he opens up any 
software, it takes a long long time he says, to 
the point where its unbearable. 

They would like to have a tech go look at it and 
see if they could do something to make it better.

The machine is located in New PE 208
