She called back about her email. It stopped 
working again. She thinks it may have something 
to do with her changed password. 

She cannot send emails now again, the last one 
she was able to send was 10:30am today.

She had a problem since she just changed her
password and wasn't recognizing it. She changed
her password again and we re imported all her
folders a contacts again. Now it works

She is using Outlook:

when she clicks on sent:
Internal operation (ximap) failed contact admin.

She was able to send things just fine, but the 
last time she was able to send was 10:31pm.

she has tried recently and they have not been 
sent yet.
