Ran ccleaner, spybot, disabled useless start up
programs as well as services, increased page file,
ran defrag, updated Firefox, and disabled windows
visual effects. 

Extension for the next week 88227.  He'll be here 
for this week.  He says that the Hard drive 
cycles and cycles, but is much too slow, and 
thinks it needs to be cleaned up or reformatted.
