She is trying to start up the network folders (P 
and H), and anything she puts into her P folder 
is coming up forbidden, and also needs to know 
how to remote desktop on a Mac.  Today until 
1:45, Monday is pretty busy, Tuesday she will be 
there between 11:30-1:30 or after 3:30, Weds 
until 11 or after 1pm.
