Was plugged into wrong data port.  Was in D data 
port when it needed to be in B.

she retried after rebooting the system and still 
nothing

When she trys to use the internet the screen says 
that the internet explorer cannot display and 
sophos has an X on it so it's not hooked up. 
There is also a dialog box that says no IMAP 
connection
