USB hub from monitor was not connected to pc.
Inserted it and then plugged in Flash drive and it
was recognized.

She has a 256MB flash drive Crucial Gizmo

She said that she recently had her machine moved 
and now it says that her machine does not show 
anything under drives and nothing happens when 
she puts in in the USB port.

Works on any other machine however.

She is available tomorrow: anytime in the 
afternoon.
