He has been unable to remotely access his campus 
machine.

he says that he needs to know the IP address of 
his machine, but the one that he is trying is not 
working.

He is at campus.

I showed him the remote server login and he said 
that he would try that instead.

he'll call us back if he has trouble with that 
but for now, closing the task.
