Did software updates and then it worked ok two 
days ago, now not working.

Sends print job and on his monitor says sent, 
printer just says ready and nothing happens.
Tryint to print: Word, emails, everythings, pdf.

Three others in office having the same problem.

Printer:  named Social Science located in HSS 231

Times: rest of today, tomorrow in the morning
