I fixed it.  I used the wrong character to comment
out a mapped drive clearing command in the common
drives login script applied to faculty/staff.

Error: window script host error source microsoft 
script.

SHe will leave it on the screen.
NOt happened before. YEsterday had machine on w/o 
problem. Hasn't been on it yet today.

So she cannot use her machine at all until we 
resolve this for her.
