was turned off.

Double-click on icon looks like its 
opening/initializing, but nothing happens. 
Windows she has open get sections of grey in them 
like a new window is going to open "on top" of 
curruent window, but nothing new pops up.

Word is ok.
ALt tab does not resolve the issue for her.

New issue. Tried rebooting. 

Time: tomorrow at retreat all day. Have 
permission to enter office. Back Thurs morning.
