I installed a DVD drive in this machine (and
reflected that in inventory) and installed Roxio 6
and PowerDVD. He can now play DVDs.

He is trying to install Microsoft Streets and 
Trips 2007

he has the install DVD

but his machine does not have a dvd-rom drive

He will be available most of the day.
