The laptop is on, but when they restart it, it 
asks them to log into safe mode

when they log into safe mode with network, they 
do get into the network because after the windows 
loading screen, it goes back to choosing safe 
mode screen.

The laptop is located in the Columbia room in the 
1st floor of the university center.

they are presenting at 10am and they need to use 
a laptop.
