I talked to her and she did the gpupdate /force
last night and this morning all her drives were
there I told her I was going to close her task.

If so, you need to go to www.wou.edu/accountlookup
and change it.

If not, go to start, run and type: gpupdate /force
and click OK.

If that is not the case, does the internet and
everything else work for you?
