Laptop seemed to have been in suspend or sleep.

Yesterday she was able to get the laptop to work 
properly

she has turned the power off, unplugged it and 
plugged it back in, but still nothing happens.

She sees the LED green power light but nothing on 
the display.

DELL Inspiron 6000 laptop

The laptop is going to be in the Cottage 222.

She will be available all day except from 10:30 - 
11:30am.
