job, but office is locked and nobody answers the
phone.

****This is an email****Hi,
I need help with print drivers on computer
20030712[Edit Inv] in HSS 209. Since returning to HSS from
Maaske, I have not been able to print using the
default Social Science driver. (I did execute
gpupdate/force as instructed by Brian Berkley.)
I get "error - printing" and nothing comes out of
the big HP printer in the Social Science office
HSS 231A.

However, if I select the driver SS-SocialScience
on radar, the document prints. The problem with
this is I want to print double sided, since the
printer has a duplex unit and Oregon is running
out of trees. Social Science knows how to do
this (i.e. when I click Properties I can select
flip on long edge) but refuses to. SS-Social
Science on radar has a Properties button, but it
does not provide access to double-sided printing
options.

Would you please either force Social Science to
print or teach SS-Social Science on radar how to
print double-sided?

Thanks,
Robin
