I called them at 88284 (the number I found
searching Kristi Richards on the wou staff lookup)
and Katie, the other cashier answered and let me
know that this is no longer an issue.  I told her
that I'd close the ticket.

I talked to mike and he was going to go over to
see what exactly she wants done, s he can change
it in banner.

She is trying to make her default printer 980419, 
and has been able toi get everything but banner 
documents to print to it.  The banner documents 
are currently printing to number 980417.  She 
goes to lunch between 12-1ish, otherwise is in 
the office.
