Its an issue with her outlook, she doesn't work 
here anymore, but is still finishing things up, 
There is a very big email sitting in the outbox 
that she can't delete, every time she goes into 
it, it sends it to her address book.  She doesnt 
have many distribution lists (someone said it 
might be that, but she doesnt think so).  She 
will be back at TRI on THURSDAY, so please 
contact her then if you can. 12-4.

I called Pamela's number and left a voice mail
asking for more information. I think she may be
retired already.

Called back again and said that it was still an 
issue for her. I tried to convince her as well 
but she said that has no distribution list what

Now she says she is having problems with Outlook
closing randomly on her. I told her I would take a
look even though this is the last day she will
ever need to use it.

She had mailing lists in her address book and that
was why people received multiple copies. I called
her and let her know. Closing the task now.
