Hello,
This is Richard from UCS. I'm e-mailing you with
instructions to enable remote desktop connections
to your computer.

Right click on the "My Computer" icon on your
desktop or in your start menu
Click on "properties"
Click on the "Remote" tab
Check the box that says "Allow users to connect
remotely to this computer"

That should take care of you. If this does not fix
the issue or you have any other problems please

Also see SR # 28068 as it was filed at the same

"Each of the instructor stations on MN on the 
first floor. He needs adobe acrobat professional 
installed"

He cannot remote desktop to your office computer, 
the TS connection works fine, but upon trying to 
connect to his office computer the error says 
that: "The local policy of this system does not 
permit you to log on interactively".  He has 
admin privaledges.
