I deleted the keychain file's contents in his
home\library\keychain folder and that resolved the
issue. He reported his computer's fans sometimes
rev-up really high.

Audrey:

I guess I spoke too soon: Safari will not accept
the key chain login.
I am on campus 11am - 1pm Tuesday & Thursday or
Monday and Wednesday 1pm - 4:30pm. Please let me
know if any of the above times will work for a
tech visit.

Gracias,
Darryl

Hi Darryl,

If you go to the "Go" Menu in the Finder bar and
select "Utilities," then you should be able to
find "Keychain Access" in the list. In the
"Keychain Access" menu choose "Keychain First Aid"
and then enter your username and password. Select
repair and click the "Start" button.

If that doesn't work choose the "Preferences..."
option from the "Keychain Access" menu and then
click the "Reset My Keychain" button in the
General tab.

And finally if those don't resolve the issue
please let me know when you're normally on campus
so a technician can help with the issue in person.

Thank you,
