I don't have any issues with network drives
either. I am updating the computer and I fixed the
issue with boot.ini thinking there where 2 OS's on
it as well as running gpupdate /force just to be
safe. The fan sounds fine too.

When i logged in it mapped the network drives just
fine, tried call i could have her log in to see if
the problem occurs but no answer and didn't go to
VM just kept ringing.

They are borrowing a laptop from Nathan in the 
mean time.  He wants it back and has asked them 
when he can have it back.  Chelsea just wanted me 
to mention this.

She brought it in in the bag and left it.  The 
bag contained an ethernet cable, wireless card 
and power adapter

This happens for more than one person.  When they 
log into a different machine all of the drives 
map successfully.
