Had front desk let me into her office, computer
was not named and bound.  Named and bound it and
now she should be able to log into her machine.

Called and left a message asking when she'll
really be around and for a real alternative number.

she called on the 10th of november to make sure 
that her request will not be closed.

didn't leave a vm since we already know her office
hours.
