Richard and I setup these when we reimaged the
whole lab today. The issues before likely had to
do with the left over 10.4 drivers not being
compatible with 10.5 and causing conflict even
after the 10.5 drivers were installed. They work now.

The Epson 2480 Scanners in ITC 104 are not working
with 10.5 and these machines are PowerPC Macs.

The bigger Epson in the room (in the middle desk
with 2 machines) does work.

Tasks left to do for this ticket:
replace network cable on 20031189[Edit Inv] in itc104c.
this computer is also running 10.4.x and needs CS3
(& therefore 10.5.x)
the machine #20050242[Edit Inv] also needs CS3 & OSX 10.5
(currently running 10.4.10)

Julie said the scanner would automatically make 
the first scan but when she tried to scan 
anything else and error message was displayed 
that said the computer could receive the signal 
from the scanner
