I terminated the sessions. You can do this on the
thin clients by pressing Ctrl-A-Pause.

Jon Tucker just called on this task.  Thay are 
impatient and just can't understand why these 
machines can't be fixed.  They are concerned that 
this is giving them a black eye as far as service 
is concerned.

This is the third time I have requested these 
thin clients be fixed. I just went downstairs and 
there are students standing waiting for computers 
to come open. This lab is very busy. Please fix 
these. Thanks!

After trying the usual to fix the problem, Joan 
asked me to get the serial number (not wou #, 
sticker) off the thin clients.

I asked Brad about it...
You have to take the bottom off those slim thin 
clients to get the MAC address. Brad can look up 
the MAC address in inventory.

Good Morning,
 
3 computers in the WUC Computer Lab have black 
screens. I wiggled cords, the monitor on/off 
switch is turning green but the monitor is not 
coming on. They are:

20051130[Edit Inv]      2nd from the door
