status on this.

Printers were asking for Maintenance Kit, i reset
the perform maintenance counter so now they are
ok, but the printer spool is just building up and
the print job at the top of the queue is not
printing and i do not have the access rights to
cancel the print jobs.

The printers were working fine this morning 
untill suddenly they stopped printing.
Lori is Availabel for an hour at the front desk 
in the library.
