I'm wondering if you can help:
 
Our scanner, 20070948[Edit Inv], is going really slowly. We 
have a major scanning project going on and it 
just can't go this slow. Can you help us with 
this please? If you have questions please call 
the students who are doing the scanning at 88671. 
They and the scanner are in room 207 of the 
Cottage.
