says she went to the drop down menu and 
established the printer as a default and will not 
print.
Says the printer name is "Mozart"  and the mozart 
choice they are using is  "klinger"

says when she picks the printer to send her 
document to a check mark shows that it has been 
chosen, but still not printing.
