I reimaged it and it boots fine now. It sounds
like he downloads a lot of games so, chances are,
he probably downloaded the wrong game. Not an
issue anymore. It still needs to be bound and
named and he needs to be given admin rights again
even though he doesn't deserve it.

My desktop has crashed again. It is the same 
problem that occurred last month.
Windows applied their latest update and upon 
restart, the taskbar is gone, IExplorer does not 
run, certain applications fail, windows restore 
does not function.
