I put the following in the boxes beside the doors
on the second floor of WH:
"How to Set Your Default Printer in Windows XP
1. Log into Windows XP with your network
credentials like normal
2. Open the “Start” menu in the lower left-hand corner
3. Select “Printers and Faxes” from the right-hand
menu
4. In the list of printers find the name of the
one you want as your default printer
5. Right-click on the printer’s icon and select
“Set as Default Printer”
→A check mark will appear on the printer’s icon
denoting it as your default printer"

I gave a few extras to Dianna and printed the
config sheet for the printer in WH 207.

This is only happening upstairs, do not change 
the downstairs default printers, Judy Beebe is 
frustrated that we keep chaging her default 
printer.

20060643[Edit Inv] printer will not allow the computers in 
this building to choose it.  Her printer will not 
let her choose it, and the primary office printer 
will not let anyone choose to print from it as 
well, they print to a printer in HSS.
