Hi,
 
On Oct 16th I had called in a service on our 
printer in SPEd Rm #220, the printer #2000610 
(RCD).  At that time it was because when Hank 
Bersani or any other person printed sometimes it 
would print  weird things (vh`D-,Cc## would have 
the symbols of hearts, %, arrows and other 
things) and not have what they asked to be 
printed off, or printed more than the page that 
was requested.
 
On Nov 7, 2008, I happen to give ask the tec that 
came in to fix a different problem (Elisa's 
Maroney) if they were working on this printer to 
and he indicated that he only had the one 
request.  So I gave him a copy of the request on 
the 16th of Oct and he said he would look into 
it.  Sorry can not tell you the name of the guy.
 
However, I still have not had anybody respond 
back to the service number nor come over to work 
on the problem.  It does not happen as often but 
it still has its moments of problems.
 
If I could have someone come over and look at the 
printer and see if they can figure out the 
problem, that would be great.

When he sends a document to the printer, the 
printer only print symbols and not text.  His 
extension in 88687.
