When you launch remote desktop, and choose connect
to server, and type ts.wou.edu you are presented
with a login prompt.

If that prompt is two lines:

User name:
Password:

Down at the bottom right there is a button labeled
Options.  Click the Options button so it expands
to 3 lines:

User name:
Password:
Log on to:

The "Log on to" field should be MASH, if it is
not, and says TS1 or something similar, then you
should put MASH\ in front of your username, i.e.
MASH\amantav
