he called back saying the computer sometimes 
works and can login but sometimes doesn't and 
will just freeze and flash the same screen over 
and over again

I'll bet this is what we just saw over in ITC 
002.  Someone probaly clicked several times when 
trying to login.  We discovered it has to one 
very deliberate click, then wait.  Very hard for 
users to do.

I think this issue is related to the python menu
application, as it is random, and happens with any
model thin client on any terminal server.

20070806[Edit Inv] is a monitor.

The other thin clients had no active sessions on
terminal servers, but I did reset them from the
sunray management server side.
