I found this on T drive under the scanner software
for the Epson Perfection 4990 at T:\1.
Drivers\Scanner\Epson\Epson Perfection
4490\Scanner Software-Drivers\ENGLISH\Guide
run the setup in this directory and it will give
them a choose under PROGRAMS for EPSON Perfection
user guide
