Sent him email.

Sincen this software is a personal purchase and 
not campus owned it is not the responsibility of 
UCS to install or load the software on his 
station in WH207A...but that being said he sounds 
like he does not have admin rights on the station 
and if he did he may be able to install and use 
on his own provided he knows that UCS is not 
responsible for installation, reinstallation, or 
tech support and trouble shooting related to the 
function of this software. UCS reserves the right 
to remove the software from the station in the 
event it is determined it is causing problems 
with the station.  I'm going to email him this 
information but in the mean time we need to give 
him admin rights on W#20040832 in WH207A which is 
his assigned station according to Diane Hewitt in 
Bus/Econ Dept.

I purchased your software last spring. You sent

crash. I was able to recover my flv files but not
