I spoke with Karen about this and explained the
updates weren't required, just suggested and she
could cancel and restart it later when it's more
convenient.

Audrey was installing this and Karen called 
saying it has been 45 minutes and the install 
seems to have stopped/stalled.

She was just issued a mac book and she need the 
microsoft office suite downloaded onto it with 
the word, powerpoint and excel
availabls everyday between 11 and 3
